Domestic Shipping
Within the US and Canada, we offer complimentary shipping via Federal Express. Orders will be processed Monday through Friday 10am -3pm EST. Many of our pieces are made to order and may take 1 to 4 weeks for delivery. We will advise you immediately upon purchase or request more information at clientservices@lillystreet.com or by phone at +1-516-759-9700. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO.
International Shipping
For International shipping, different rates apply and will be applied at time of purchase. Clients are responsible for any applicable duties, tariffs or taxes.
Shipping Insurance
All of our shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit. All shipments require signature upon delivery. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable. Each Lilly Street Fine Jewelry piece is inspected and recorded before shipping.
