All jewelry is made to order and may take to 2 – 4 weeks to be prepared for shipment. We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner.

We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box (except APO/FPO boxes).

After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from us for the first time.

International Shipping

We ship internationally for a flat rate of $75 USD.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be collected for all orders shipped to addresses in New York State.

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.

Return Policy

We want you to be pleased with your purchase! We gladly accept returns from web sales on any unworn and undamaged jewelry under $15,000 within 14 days for a full refund, exchange or credit*.

All purchases returned after 14 days up to 30 days can be exchanged or a credit* will be issued. For jewelry over $15,000, you must return within 7 days. Jewelry must be accompanied by original packaging and receipt, in unworn condition and should be returned with shipping pre-paid and insured. Please email clientservices@lillystreet.com or call 516.759.9700 to obtain a Return Authorization before shipping your jewelry back. Refunds will be issued to the credit card or paypal account with which the order was processed.

*Credit will only be valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Specially customized orders are final sales. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
