SHIPPING & RETURNS

Domestic Shipping

Within the US and Canada, we offer complimentary shipping via Federal Express. Orders will be processed Monday through Friday 10am -3pm EST.  Many of our pieces are made to order and may take 1 to 4 weeks for delivery. We will advise  you immediately upon purchase or request more information at clientservices@lillystreet.com or by phone at +1-516-759-9700. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO.

International Shipping

For International shipping, different rates apply and will be applied at time of purchase. Clients are responsible for any applicable duties, tariffs or taxes.

Shipping Insurance

All of our shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit. All shipments require signature upon delivery. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable. Each Lilly Street Fine Jewelry piece is inspected and recorded before shipping. We encourage you to inspect your package immediately upon receipt. Should you receive an item you perceive to be damaged, please contact: clientservices@lillystreet.com 

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as we ship your order. Any questions or concerns, please contact clientservices@lillystreet.com

Returns & Refund Policy

The most important thing for us is that you are completely thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, undamaged items in original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, exchange or credit. After 14 days, all sales are final. All sales are final for customized pieces including engraving and sizing. Gift Wrapping

All Lilly Street Fine Jewelry purchases arrive wrapped. For special requests, please contact clientservices@lillystreet.com. We will always do our best to accommodate you.
